Administrative and Operations Manager

Ken is a proud SoCal native with deep roots in the 626. He completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Los Angeles, and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University.

Throughout his career, Ken has demonstrated resilience in creating a more equitable and inclusive society. Recently, he served as the Assistant Director of Operations and lead project manager for a local university, where they achieved institutional accreditation to establish the only medical school, in the region, dedicated to training culturally competent physicians from black and brown communities. As an advocate for positive change, he intentionally collaborates with organizations and initiatives that aim to improve the quality of life for marginalized people and groups.

Ken is adept at overseeing various administrative functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and personnel management. As the Administrative and Operations Manager, he will streamline processes, optimize resources, enhance organizational efficiency, and ensure seamless operations for Active SGV, our communities, and our partners.
