Nina Dinh

Though she hails from Orange County, Nina is a proud new resident of San Gabriel Valley!

Her time at UCLA after Golden West College was well spent working at the Transfer Student Center, where she embraced her identity as a first-generation transfer student and helped others do the same. She strongly believes that the transfer route serves as an incredible opportunity for social mobility, given that community college students make up a large population of students of color, first-generation, student parents, people with disabilities, and much more.

Serving the community through ActiveSGV while seeing all the projects and events come to life brings her much joy. In her free time, you can find likely find her on a bike, catching up with friends and family at local eateries, or simultaneously doing both!
